As published in the Official Journal of the European Union Regulation EC 214/2014 amending Annexes II, IV, XI, XII and XIII of said directive being of mandatory application to Certificates of Conformity issued after November 1, 2014. Multiphase individual approvals of Regulation 109/2011; as from April 29, 2014, individual approvals issued without H report covering vehicles of categories N1 and N2 of less than 7500 kg, O1 and O2 may not be processed.
