A few years ago, when Carrozados TECAI was being formed as a 2nd Phase Manufacturer in delegations such as Madrid, Toledo, Guadalajara, as well as the Initial Evaluation by the Ministry, this term sounded strange and very distant, even very difficult to print or take out our own ITV type D cards. Well, Carrozados TECAI has been making its own ITV cards, Individual Approvals for more than a year and a half and is ready for the next deadline, April 29th of this year, where the famous Initial Carrozado and the reform prior to registration disappears.
